- Subscription Duration: The subscription period is for 6 months (½ year), starting from the date of purchase and ending 6 months thereafter.
- Delivery Frequency: Each subscription includes a total of 3 deliveries, with each delivery occurring every 2 months.
- Delivery Schedule: The deliveries will be scheduled at regular 2-month intervals from the start date of the subscription. If the subscriber has a specific date preference they can inform us of any specific date preferences for deliveries. Deliveries will be made as close to the requested date as possible, subject on availability and logistical constraints.
- Payment: The subscriber agrees to pay the full subscription fee upfront at the time of purchase.
- Delivery Address: The subscriber must provide a valid and accurate delivery address during the subscription signup process. It is the subscriber's responsibility to update the delivery address in case of any changes during the subscription period. Update can be make through email (enquiry@buyela.sg) or WhatsApp us on our website.
- Subscription Renewal: This subscription plan does not automatically renew after the 6-month period. If the subscriber wishes to continue receiving deliveries, they will need to purchase a new subscription.
- Refunds: Refunds for the subscription fee will not be provided once the first delivery has been made. However, if there are any issues with the quality or condition of the delivered items, the subscriber should contact us for 1- 1 exchange within 7 days upon item received.
