4. Only the Member purchasing Buyela’s products from the Appointed Channel will receive Buyela Rewards Points.
5. The accumulation of Buyela Rewards Points and the redemption of those points, only belong to your own account and there are not allowed transferable to other accounts.

1. WHAT ARE BUYELA MEMBERSHIP REWARDS?

Buyela Rewards is Buyela's new program for our exclusive members, in order to let Buyela’s members have a better shopping experience.

 

2. HOW DO I REGISTER FOR BUYELA REWARDS?

SIGN IN and register online to become one of our members in Buyela.sg. After successful registration, your Buyela's Rewards membership account will be activated.

 

3. HOW DO I EARN BUYELA REWARDS POINTS? You can earn Buyela

(a) Rewards Points when you make purchases on Buyela’s products at  https://buyela.sg/   

(b) Every $1 (nett spend) will earn one (1) Buyela Rewards Point. Buyela Rewards Point will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

 

4. WHEN WILL MY BUYELA REWARDS POINT(S) BE REFLECTED IN MY ACCOUNT?

After successful delivery, any Buyela Rewards Points earned from any purchase of Buyela products will be reflected in your account within 3-5 working days.

5. HOW DO I REDEEM MY BUYELA REWARDS POINTS?

(a) Every 30 BUYELA REWARDS POINTS = $1.

(b) The points can only be redeemed on any Buyela’s order: up to a maximum of 300 Buyela Rewards Points per day.

 

6. WHAT DO I GET FOR MY BIRTHDAY?

You receive 150 Buyela Birthday Points during your birthday month, equivalent to $5.

 

7. HOW TO GET EXTRA BUYELA REWARDS POINTS FROM SOCIAL MEDIA?

(a) You can earn 30 Buyela Rewards Points for each new follow on our Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

(b) Only new followers of our Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok accounts are eligible.

(c) You can earn a total of 90 Buyela Rewards Points by following us on all 3 platforms.

(d) You can go to our homepage and click "Reward" in the bottom left corner, then click "Ways to Earn" to receive your extra Buyela Rewards Points.

 

8. WILL MY BUYELA REWARDS POINTS EXPIRE? 

Buyela Rewards Points will expire yearly from the date of your registration. Spend the Buyela Rewards Points before they expire :D

 

9. WILL MY BUYELA REWARDS POINTS BE REFUNDED IF I CANCELLED MY ORDER?

Buyela Rewards Points will be automatically refunded to your points wallet within 1-3 working days.
